3cs and Sertraline

I have chosen to subject myself to the rigorous tortures of various serotonergic medications in combination. Firstly this is not my first, or 50th, encounter with DXM. I am also familiar with Chlorphenamine maleate/dextromethrophan hbr/sertraline hcl contraindications.

I take 150mg sertraline every morning. Today I had procured a peculiar stash of skittles. downed with vodka.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and a wait. possibly 4 hours or so. Pleasant noticeable DXM high. Mild CEVs

taking another 8 3c's. Now 3 hours later. Definitely cruising into 3rd plateau territory. My vision is somewhat unfocused. heart rate normal. temperature normal. Still no apparent symptoms of serotonin syndrome.

4hrs post second ingestion. I am stuck in a well of my own cognition. The walls of which I construct. Time elapses like waves beating a beach. Intervals of such temporal designation becomes no longer fixed. Time, Space....the presence of these fundamental constructs exist from our own notions of the universe. We cannot escape a world which we define for ourselves.
