The other day I had an interesting experience with a synergistic effect of cannabis and sassafras. I had just bought some sassafras drops from the Amish store.

after smoking some very potent Sativa in my living room, I started to eat them. After about 3 drops over the course of 30 min I started to notice that this was not ordinary feeling of being stoned. My mouth was numb and tingly and I started having slight texture and frame of reference distortions similar to a mild mushroom dose. I was also having CEVs.

It was not unpleasant just a little overwhelming, and it rendered me pretty much useless for the rest of the night. The only negative side effect was the fact that I could be talking and lose my train of thought mid sentence. This in addition to the fact that my high peaked for 2 hours and lasted around 5 hours, and the fact that it was almost a psychedelic experience lead me to believe that there is something in sassafras that when consumed with cannabis, produces a much more potent and trippy experience.
