0.5 hits sublingual 1P-LSD (blotter / tab)

Although this was a very mild dose, leading to correspondingly mild effects, I feel it's probably worth reporting because the substance is so new.

I've tried salvia at light to moderate doses a few times and experienced three moderately strong mushrooms trips. I was very excited when I first read about 1p LSD, as it seemed the substance was very much like real acid: similar potency and effects. This made me at ease to try it, which I wouldn't be prepared to do with most RCs. Also, I have been keen to try LSD for some time.

On the day of the experience I was out walking in nature with my friend, X, who would be having his first mushroom experience. Since I was looking after him, I restricted myself to half a blotter of 1p LSD which I held sub-lingually for 10 minutes then swallowed at 10:30 am. I was in a good mood and it was a nice day. No particular other preparation as I knew the dose would be very easy to handle.

I began to notice definite changes in my perception around 11:30
I began to notice definite changes in my perception around 11:30
and it was very pronounced by 12:30. Our surroundings looked more intense (high contrast) but colors themselves did not appear brighter. I felt like I was walking on pillows. My thoughts became annoyingly fuzzy, but I could function just fine. In many ways this all felt like being mildly stoned. Other than the feeling that everything was 'HD' there were no real visuals. When looking at my hand I sometimes perceived a 'zooming' effect, as though it was swelling, but it was very subtle.

I noticed nausea at around this time and this persisted for the rest of the day, even after the effects of the drug wore off. Eating made the nausea better. I think the drug was only partially to blame as sometimes I get nausea of this sort that responds positively to food.

My main regret was that at this dose there was no general heightened perception of beauty. I definitely felt that the dose was too low. However, at one point when looking at a tree in a valley, I considered how beautiful the scene looked and suddenly felt a powerful (almost physical) sensation of wonder and glory. During this the colors in the scene took on a pastel-like quality. However, the effect was fairly short-lived and didn't recur. This happened maybe about 3 hours post-ingestion.

The plateau phase was a very consistent intensity. I noticed I was coming down around 3:00 pm, roughly 4 to 5 hours after swallowing the blotter. I was still feeling the effects a little at 7 hours in, but they were mostly gone.

I should also point out that I'd had a mushroom trip 7 days before, so a little tolerance may have been in play on this day. Whilst I wasn't expecting visuals, I was expecting to experience a wonder of nature and that was absent at this dose. Next time I plan on consuming 100 or 125 mcg. Likely I will stay indoors next time.
