I'm on methadone therapy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. My daily dose is 110 mg and that's not enough to me to reach a high feeling. Methadone is concentrated 10mg / ml.

I'm going every week to test the urine, and get therapy for 7 days, 770 mg total, the first day in the center I drink 110 mg, other 660 mg carry with me. As soon as I get home I prepare a 20 ml syringe and needle.
Fill the entire syringe with methadone (200 mg) and all of that is injected into a vein.

Only then I'd feel a high feeling, then each day for me left a little of methadone to be able to function and do not feel the crisis.
