The Come Down
Etizolam
Citation:   higherthanlife. "The Come Down: An Experience with Etizolam (exp102535)". Erowid.org. Apr 17, 2020. erowid.org/exp/102535

DOSE:
2 mg oral Etizolam (pill / tablet)
BODY WEIGHT: 201 lb
After wanting to try something new after getting the same effect from xanax, valium, kpin and pretty much any downer I could get my hands on; I found etizolam. I do research before I let any substance into my body, due some bad molly trips, and found that etizolam was 'suppose' to be stronger than any 'illegal' downer. So I sent an order to get 50 1 mg etizolam tablets and couldn't wait.

The first night I took 2mg and went right to sleep around 1am. Now I should have knew something was wrong because I always sleep 10+ hours after taking any kind of downer that late in the night and wake up refreshed however this did not occur. 7am came around and I was awake but felt alright in a way that didn't affect my day.

Night time came around again and I decided to pop 2mg again around 11pm since I was extremely exhausted and thought of the lack of sleep due to stress and the short half life of etizolam. Didn't fall asleep until 2am since I was enjoying the lack of anxiety etizolam offers but thats about it. 5am came around and I was wide awake, heart racing, cold sweats and horrible thoughts. The only other time I have experienced this was going through alcohol withdrawals after I went on a 3 month binge after turning 21 and quitting cold turkey. Horrible experience. Back to the etizolam, I was having the same experience and didn't think I was going to make it through the day. I was constantly sweating, I thought my heart was going to explode (not in the way after doing yayo) but in a real pain type of way. I was having the weirdest thoughts about my life. But after trying to contemplate why I was going through this after the smallest of doses. It didn't make sense to me at all. The etizolam was sealed in blister packs, nothing suspicious about the place I got it from, great reviews, and I didn't read any negative experiences except about going through withdrawals after extended (months) of use.

Long story short:
1> I would not want anyone to experience the hell I went through after taking such a little amount
2> etizolam is easily available and can be abused. I wouldn't want to know what the withdrawals are like after a month or even a week.
