Abstract
Short report of society proceedings: "Injection of high doses of serotonin on the 16th day of pregnancy terminates pregnancy. This effect of LSD is antagonized by various drugs. The most effective is LSD. LSD does not interfere with normal delivery in rats. In view of this latter observation it is justifiable to assume that serotonin does not play an important role in the mechanism of delivery in rats."
