DESCRIPTION
Hydrocodone is an opiate agonist, analgesic and antitussive used in the treatment of mild to moderate pain. It is primarily available in combination with other analgesics such as acetaminophen/paracetamol, aspirin, or ibuprofen.
CAUTION
Many hydrocodone preparations contain analgesics such as acetaminophen, which can be toxic to the liver in high doses.
