DESCRIPTION
Hydrocodone is an opiate agonist, analgesic and antitussive used in the treatment of mild to moderate pain. It is primarily available in combination with other analgesics such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen.
CAUTION
Many hydrocodone preparations contain analgesics such as acetaminophen, which can be toxic to the liver in high doses.
