DESCRIPTION
Clonidine is used primarily as an antihypertensive in the treatment of high blood pressure but is also used in the treatment of migraine headaches, depression, menopausal flushing, as a pre-operative sedative in children (unusual), alcohol, opiate and nicotine withdrawal, and a variety of other disorders.
