I took 690 mg of dxm on a saturday night and had a urine screen monday morning, the screen was in a cup and gave instant results which showed for opiates. The screen was then sent into a lab for further testing and came back showing no opiates had been consumed.

Based on this I assume with the cheaper panel tests DXM can show up as opiates but in tests sent off to labs false positive should not occur.
