At the time I was living with my sister and having a really hard time getting to sleep. I did some research after being unable to find a doctor in the area to accept my medical insurance. I found Kava in a healthfood store and bought it. I decided I would take 1000mg.

It took about 40 minutes to kick in fully, My muscles were very loose. I felt like I was wrapped in a warm blanket. I didn't even want to move. I would describe it as taking a mild benzo and ambien together.

I would rate it a 6/10 with GBL being a 10
