I'm writing this about a friend I had who recently died on DXM. This will be relatively short since I cannot describe the experience my friend had while on them.

He took 16 pills of Corciden...a high but common dose. He was enjoying himself as always, so we had no idea what the hell would happen.
I too, was on Corciden, but at a much lower dose (about 8 pills).

So I'm enjoying the regular DXM high...the walls eating my brains up, getting lifted up then getting thrown down, being separated. I have an odd liver enzyme, which multiplies the effects of DXM like 100. So basically I don't know what the fuck is going on.
I think I remember hearing my friend screaming and then it going away slightly...but either I didn't care or too much shit was happening to me for me to understand.

After awhile the effects were off for me (they do'nt last very long for me...damn liver), and my friend isn't moving. I realize something is wrong and I dial 9-1-1.

So the standard routine comes by...ambulance comes..picks up me and my friend. Asking me what he's on and everything...I reply with the casual 'DXM'. I tried to play it cool when they asked if I was on it too...I convinced them I wasn't.

Well then, after staring at the nothingness for awhile, I learn he's dead. They tell me right there. It so happened he had an ulcer and it (very) slowly bled internally until his lungs filled up with blood and he died after awhile. It took him so long to die...

I haven't done Corciden since, and I really really don't recommend it. DXM trips are ok, but avoid anything with CPM.
