I have been on Effexor (venlafaxine) for a year, and I have tried cocaine, mushrooms, and ecstasy (on separate occasions of course!) while on my meds and found that I had ABSOLUTELY ZERO reaction. Couldn't feel a thing on any of them, while in years prior, I had. Weed, alcohol, and DXM still produce effects.
