I have used valium for various things. 5mg is ideal for an edgy trip, 10mg pretty much solves the worst trip. 1mg/hour of plane travel seems to be pretty sweet, and 5mg helped me a lot recently when I work up with a really stiff neck. I weigh 70kg.
