I've enjoyed 10 mg crushed temazepam, in the nose. I get a slight tingle in the sinuses, not too bad, non noticable drip, pleasant and smooth.

I get mild visual and audio effects, perhaps as strong as a good bowl of herb, or 2-3 drinks, but in that benzo way. I'll probably repeat this.
