I take effexor XR 150x2 every morning, and Xanax as needed. My shrink prescribed, in addition to this, Remeron 45mg. Sometimes I smoke a little tar heroin. The first couple of times I took the remeron with effexor, xanny, and a little junk, The effects were powerful. I experienced a powerful sedation, accompanied with a hallucinatory drunken state. I liked it.
