Well, this isn't necessarily about me, rather its about my friend. We both took coricidin cough and cold pills. 6 pills each. We were at school. Nothing at all for about an hour and 20 minutes, then it kicked in. And when it kicked it boy did it kick in. After about 30 minutes we were in seperate classrooms and she came over to mine telling me she doesn't feel too great and that shes spinning uncontrollably. I have taken them before and I had a great time, so I told her this was supposed to happen but she said no that she doesn't think it is. I guess this was about 2 hours after we took it. I was holding her up and then all of a sudden she started making this moaning noise and shaking and having convulsions. I layed her on the ground on her side because I heard people can swallow their tongues while having seizures and I didn't want that to happen. I called the ambulance and it turned into this big huge thing, we were at high school after all. Security came.. etc. etc. My friend has had a seizure before. It was due to dehydration, heat and not eating. So thats what they told the school so she didn't get in trouble. Even though the hospital knew it was because of the Coricidin.
Like I said before, the last time I did this I had a great time and so did everyone I did it with, but watching my friend have a seizure on it scared me too bad, and I've heard too many horror stories about Coricidin.
