I have been using Yohimbe for years. I never ever take more than 3g at a time and usually more like 1g. I have experienced unpleasant effects on a 3g if the circumstances are not carefully controlled. On 1 to 1.5g almost never. I take 3g ONLY when I am able to be alone with my lover for 8 or more hours without interruptions, and I am very careful about what I eat before during and after.
I frequently can stay hard for hours, have head banging orgasms, and often hold on to my hard and keep right on trucking after I cum. I have had up to 4 ejaculatory orgasms without loosing my hard. I sometimes have many dry orgasms. On the female side of things I can report my lover's nipples and clit experience tighter erections, and she is more prone to having vaginal orgasms including female ejaculation. Y is also a sleep killer.
