Wake up from sleep and go right to the bag of powdered kratom. No substances were ingested the night prior. I weighed out 4.5g of Green Maeng da Kratom and mixed in a small bottle of orange juice.

T 0:00 I drank the kratom and orange juice concoction. The bitter earthy taste, despite the orange juice, makes me want to vomit.

T 0:20 I feel warmth spread throughout my body and can feel energy like a weak cup of coffee. I notice I can稚 erase a smile off my face. Slight nausea. A little dizzy.

T 0:45 It feels like I have a warm blanket on my body. My body feels very relaxed and I知 motivated to get school work done. I知 still smiling and laughing at the smallest things. Vision seems a little blurry or hazy, but not impairing. The nausea is still present but not any worse. The dizziness has gotten stronger, but not unbearable.

T 1:30 This feels very comparable to a weak dose of Percocet. I have tons of energy and euphoria. My body is still relaxed and warm. The nausea has gone away and I知 banging out missed work from school like nothing. I still feel a little dizzy, but it seems like it痴 going away.

T 2:30 I知 starting to feel itchy, and the warmness is still mostly present. The euphoria for the most part is gone. I feel very tired and if I close my eyes feel as though I can drift off to sleep. The energy has gone away too.

T 3:30 The itching has increased, but is very tolerable. My drowsiness has increased, and I feel very hazy. I have a slight headache as well.

T 5:00 After finishing a paper for school, I was watching tv and fell asleep. I woke up around an hour later. The effects seem to have completely worn off and I feel back to baseline.

Summary:
The euphoric and relaxing qualities of kratom at 4.5g lasted around 2 hours. After that, drowsiness took over. The experience was great for getting boring work done due to its energy increasing and euphoric properties. Kratom produces a milder effect than marijuana, and is less impairing in my opinion.
