During deeper dxm usage, one may find it difficult to urinate. This can become quite uncomfortable. I found a simple trick that works for myself:
Run my shlong under very hot water, e.g., in a hot shower. It doesn't take much, but something about the /hot/ water stimulates a response that frees up the urine flow, a definite life-saver for myself in this awkward situation.
Really, really /hot/ water is key, like, almost scolding. But please, don't burn oneself, lol.
