AcetylFentanyl - word was this was a research chemical with properties similar to Heroin or Morphine. In fact, it is touted as stronger than both. I bought a full gram (enough to put down ten 200 lb people for good, so be careful with the dosage). Stuff is extremely cheap.

But here's the deal - starting out, just use an incredibly small amount (like the last mm of a scissor blade).

With that in mind, I keep a bottle of mouthwash nearby and eat small doses. I don't wash down the incredibly nasty stuff - I wait 5 minutes and if I feel too strong a dose, I use the mouthwash to gurgle and spit out the remaining chemical. Otherwise, smoking it on a cigarette is safer too.

How does it feel? Well if I had any pain or soreness it all disappears. It only lasts 30 minutes and then I have to redose. Not that similar to morphine or heroin in my opinion in terms of recreational value - I'm not getting a long buzz with intense highs and that opiate feeling. With this, I am getting 100% pain relief and little or no side effects in the right dosage - no constipation, no sickness, no allergies. Addictive as hell but after a week of dosing I stopped cold turkey with just some Etilaam and had no withdrawal symptoms other than intense cravings. Occasionally I'd feel invincible when it kicked in for a short time period.

Likely this will be a fad that gets banned for its cousin Fentanyl but really it should be used to treat chronic pain patients instead.
