GUIDELINES CHECKLIST FOR UPLOADING

• NEW ARTISTS PLEASE READ:
  You can ONLY submit 1 ( one ) work
  within any 2 ( two ) month period.
  
  
• CURRENT EXHIBITORS ON EROWID:
  You can submit 4( four ) works
  within any 2 ( two ) month period.
  
  
• Are you already in the vaults
  and have you submitted before?
  
  Use the SAME artist NAME!
  If you dont remember what it is was look for it here
  in the full artist alpha list
  
  
• Your artist name is difficult for us to change.
  Get it right the first time when you submit.
  Use a pseudonym to hide your identity if you are concerned about privacy.
  
  
• FILE FORMAT .jpg or .png format
  
  
• NO larger than 900k in size OR IT MAY BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.
  (if you do not know how to resize read your programs help file)
  
  
• Images must be 72 pixels per inch or 72 dots per inch
  NOT PER CENTIMETRE or it will be automatically rejected.
  (if you dont know what this means; check image size in the program you use and adjust accordingly. If you need more help see your programs help file - or see this article <here> . If you need a program to do it try "Web Resizer" which you can get from a link on <this page>)
  
  
• MINIMUM SIZE of 500 pixels in either height or width direction
  (any smaller will not be able to do any art image justice!)
  
  
• MAXIMUM SIZE of 800 pixels in either height or width direction
  
  
• The image is RGB.
  
  
• The image is FLATTENED and is only one layer.
  
  
• There is only one unlocked layer in the work titled 'background'.
  
  
• The image must be primarily of the artwork only.
  If it is not centred and trimmed to the artwork borders it will be rejected and a rejection email will be sent.
