Methaqualone Dosage

Note: Frequent users of Methaqualone build a tolerance for the drug. Dosages of over 300 mg can be dangerous for first time users. Also, some who use methaqualone recreationally sometimes drink alcohol or take other CNS depressants at the same time. Alcohol and other depressants/sleep aids can increase the effects of methaqualone and doses need to be adjusted down accordingly.
