There is very little data about appropriate dosages for 5-MeO-AMT. Following are approximate dosages based on TiHKAL commentaries and a small number of experience reports. 5-MeO-AMT is generally available in powder form, but we are also aware of pressed tablets (rare), and liquid (dissolved in water and/or alcohol).

Body weight, gender, and individual sensitivities can greatly effect experiential effects. Some report that females seem generally more sensitive, by body weight, than males.

Oral 5-MeO-AMT Dosages Threshold .5-1.0 mg Light 1 - 3 mg Common 2 - 6 mg Strong 4 - 10 mg Heavy 6 - 15 mg

Onset : 30 - 90 minutes Duration : 8 - 12 hours Normal After Effects : up to 12 additional hours

There have been a number of reported negative reactions and some reports of hospitalizations after taking 5-MeO-AMT.
