Subject:      Betel nuts

Betel nut ARE psychoactive! There's a trick: chew the nuts with a SMALL
amount of agricultural lime, just like what you get from the garden store.
Of course you want to use PURE lime and not a fertilizer, but that's easy
to find. Betel nuts act as a stimulant. Fairly nice, although it can jangle
your nerves a bit. The line makes the compounds active. Just like with
coca leaves. I often chew them without the lime, because I'm an "oral"
person and becaue they just taste nice. My favorite are the saffron cured
nuts that can be got at "...of the Jungle." I don't like the heavily
cured other varieties much. But there's a lot of flavors to choose from.
I recommed you try them at least once. Hell, they're butt cheap!
