Thomas Szasz is professor of psychiatry at the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Dr. Szasz is the recipient of many national honors including Humanist of the Yea rin 1973. He is also the author of The Myth of Mental Illness, The Manufacture of MAdness and fifteen other major publications.
